What To Bring To Your First Meeting
WHAT TO BRING TO YOUR FIRST MEETING
- Last two years of tax returns
- Last two paystubs
- Latest 401k, IRA, Roth and any other Retirement account statements
- Latest stock account, brokerage and annuity statements
- Homeowner’s, Auto and Umbrella coverage declaration pages
- Life insurance, Disability and Long Term Care policies
- Living Trust Extract or Trust Certificate
- Social Security statements. You can retrieve these from www.ssa.gov if you don’t have paper copies.
- Employer benefits summary (shows the different benefits you’ve signed up for)
- Employer life insurance details
- Employer disability benefits. (Helpful to know if your benefits cover salary only and are benefits considered taxable income.)
