Melissa Wong

Melissa keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes, leading our marketing and finance efforts to ensure everything runs smoothly—from compliance and efficiency to keeping our clients happy. Together with Brian, she helps shape our business strategy and fosters a productive environment for the team. Her constant goal is to ensure the client experience is not just positive, but efficient! Never one to waste time, Melissa helps plan client events, manage the team calendar, and looks for ways to improve how we serve our clients. She holds a B.S. in Child Development/ Family Relationships.

Prior to joining Brian, she managed the physical rehabilitation departments of senior homes in San Francisco and worked as an occupational therapist. She brings the same type of love for client interaction and lasting impact here to the people we serve. If you have a compliment to pay or suggestion to make, please let Melissa know.

Originally from Texas, Melissa enjoys maintaining her home and bargain hunting for a great find. She enjoys opportunities to bond with her teenage boys and thinking of ways to "create more time". Most afternoons are spent as a chauffeur to hip hop and taekwondo classes and squeezing in a homecooked meal. Melissa is fluent in Taiwanese and Mandarin Chinese.
